I had such a great treatment with Kat! I was suffering from a very intense pain in my right-side neck and shoulder. She was able to reduce my pain level so much, even in our first treatment together. The most wonderful experience! Kat is so welcoming and knowledgeable. As a tentative massage-goer, I was immediately put at ease by Kat who really knew her stuff, helping my mind and body to ´switch off’ while actually getting everything switched back on again! I saw Kat for about 5 months for TMJ massage. During that time my symptoms improved significantly- less pain in my jaw, fewer headaches and reduced tension in my shoulders. Kat is very knowledgable and shows great care for her clients. She provides thorough information and is always willing to follow up with additional details. Kat creates such a lovely atmosphere- each session I went to was very peaceful, cozy and relaxing.
