Embodiment is for everybody.
I’m Kat, a Massage Therapist and Naturopathic Colon Hydrotherapy Practitioner working in London. I support individuals experiencing high stress, musculoskeletal pain, or digestive concerns that impact their comfort, movement and enjoyment of daily life. My diverse client base spans desk workers to athletes, as well as anybody navigating the physical and mental toll of high-responsibility lifestyles.
Perhaps you are looking for a one-off session, or hoping to establish a therapeutic alliance for ongoing support. As a Jing Method™ trained Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist, my treatments weave deep relaxation with targeted pain-relief. Appointments begin with active orthopedic testing to pinpoint the underlying source of discomfort. From there, my treatment plans draw from a broad toolbox of techniques which includes trigger point therapy, myofascial release, advanced stretching, Amma fusion, and familiar soft tissue techniques.
Each treatment is collaborative, guided by assessment and tailored to your individual needs.
Accompanied by between-treatment recommendations (such as breathing exercises, self-massage or stretches) the focus is improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and supporting both your long-term wellbeing and enjoyment of movement.
While I welcome everybody, supporting women across key life stages is a central part of my practice – from university years to career change, motherhood, menopause, and retirement. I offer a neurodiversity-affirming space, respectful and welcoming of all brain types and communication styles.
Having initially trained in Holistic Massage, I expanded my toolkit to include Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Post-Natal, and TMJ treatments. I’m motivated by helping clients to live their happiest and most comfortable lives. Alongside manual therapy, I use Colonic Hydrotherapy to help people who are affected by food intolerances, chronic constipation, bloating, reduced bodily awareness and digestive discomfort. I am a member of the Association of Registered Colonic Hydrotherapists (ARCH) and regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
